2013 Outstanding Account Executive of the Year:

The Loaned Executive Award honors the volunteer who demonstrates extraordinary leadership, initiative, and management of their assigned company campaigns.

2013 Best First Time Campaign:
The Best First Time Campaign recognizes those new businesses that have show commitment to the community by running their first United Way campaign.

2013 Youth LIVING UNITED Award:
The Youth LIVING UNITED Award recognizes a local student or group of students that exemplify what it means to LIVE UNITED. They go above and beyond to show their commitment to the community and instill the passion for giving back and helping people in need.

2013 Best Leaders in Giving Campaign
Leaders in Giving are those that give $600 or more. Leaders in Giving awards are given in three categories, based on size, to companies who had the largest percent increases in Leaders in Giving.

Cornerstone Bank (99 or fewer employees category)
TMI Hospitality, Inc. (100-499 employees category)
John Deere Electronic Solutions (500 + employees category)

2013 Frederick Donath Campaign Award of Excellence:
In 1998, United Way of Cass-Clay created the award to honor the memory of a devoted United Way campaign volunteer, Frederick Donath. This prestigious award is given each year to an organization that exemplifies campaign excellence.

U.S. Bank

In 2013, U.S. Bank saw a 21% increase in employee giving over last year, making the 2013 campaign the largest in local company history. A corporate initiative was put forth to increase overall volunteerism and they partnered with United way and provided over 85 volunteer for Day of Caring and 27 volunteers for School Supply Drive. Their Employee Campaign Coordinator team put together fun and engaging ideas like grill outs, appreciation grams, and casual day badges that raised $32,000!
