United Way of Cass-Clay is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Senior Community Engagement Program Manager position to develop, implement and refine strategies for increased growth and retention of the United Way Emerging Leaders Program.    

Candidate will have exceptional skills and experience in the areas of: volunteer management, event logistics, complex project management, public speaking and written communication. We are looking for a teammate that is detail-oriented, able to multitask, problem-solve, customer-service focused and committed to building relationships that will enhance volunteer experiences and community interactions.

Bachelor’s Degree required with 4+ years of experience in volunteer management, social impact design, corporate community relations, project management, community organizing or other related areas required.

Excellent organizational skills are necessary with the ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
